Meet Alice Kaplan

A Kaplan Studio is located at 79 Beekman Street in the heart of the Art District in Saratoga Springs, New York. The studio is part of an artist co-op where I work among several talented artists. I draw inspiration from the creative energy that exists in that environment.
I enjoy painting and drawing using various media and usually employ vivid color and texture in my work. I often paint landscapes and florals in plein air (outdoors), though I also work in my studio to create custom artwork for clients which will harmonize with their specific interior design, or represent subjects that they specifically request.
My studio is currently open by appointment only, however you may see some of my work on display in the stairwell gallery at 79 Beekman St. and on my Facebook or Etsy sites.
My work will also be featured in various shows throughout the year. Please refer to the upcoming event schedule below for dates and locations.
